Who You Talk To

After you send a request, you speak with an independent provider from our network. That person runs their own business and does the measuring, quoting, and installing. Fedocean Windows & Siding is the doorway, not the workshop. We do not list staff names here because the people you meet are the providers themselves.

What Happens on the First Conversation

Think of it like a doctor's first visit. Before anyone suggests a treatment, they ask what you have noticed. A provider will usually ask how many windows are involved, how old they are, and what you see: fog between panes, drafts, swelling frames, or stained siding. They may also ask about your home's style and the climate it lives in.

Next comes a visit to measure and look at the walls around each opening. Many providers can respond quickly, but timing depends on their schedule. Request a callback to check provider availability if you prefer to talk before sending details.

What to Ask a Provider

Write your questions down before the visit. Good ones include:

• What exactly will be replaced, and what stays?
• Which window or siding materials do you suggest, and why?
• How do energy efficient windows compare with what I have now?
• Will you give me a written quote with the full scope?
• What licenses and insurance do you hold?
• How long will the work take, and what could change that?
• How is the old material removed and the opening sealed?

You Are in Control

An estimate request does not commit you to anything. You can compare quotes, take time to think, or decide the project can wait. If a provider rushes you or cannot answer a plain question, you can simply move on. Remember that timing changes outcomes, but a careful choice still beats a hurried one.

Contracts, schedules, and payment terms are handled between you and the provider. Keep copies of everything in writing, including the quote and any change to the plan.
