How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want each homeowner who reaches Fedocean Windows & Siding to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what to expect afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Topics You Can Raise

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when calling or contacting Fedocean Windows & Siding
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If Your Concern Is About a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own estimates, pricing, work, warranties and customer service. If you have a problem with work on your home, the usual first step is to bring it to the provider directly and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed from it. Please know that Fedocean Windows & Siding cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, handle warranty claims or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@fedocean.lat and include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

After You Write to Us

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with contractors, your state or local contractor licensing board may be able to help too.
